Directions for making crepe: In a large bowl, mix together the flour and the eggs. Add the milk and water little by little. Add the salt and the butter; beat until smooth; Heat an oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the batter onto the pan, using about 1/4 cup for each crepe. Fry the crepe for approximately 2 minutes, until it reaches golden brown color and then turn and cook the other side. It`s easy as that!
